Technicien(ne) de maintenance chauffage
Vous êtes le garant du bon fonctionnement des chaudières et appareils de production d’eau chaude dans les logements collectifs.
Quelques mots sur le métier
Grâce à vos compétences et à vos bases techniques en chauffage et plomberie, vous intervenez auprès des clients pour effectuer la maintenance des installations de chauffage et de production d’eau chaude.
Vos visites sont préparées chaque semaine et vous avez une visibilité constante sur votre planning. Vous êtes en lien continu avec votre chef d’équipe, vos collègues et vos clients. A cet effet, vous avez un téléphone portable professionnel et une tablette qui vous guident au quotidien. Vous vous déplacez en autonomie et ajustez votre tournée en fonction des priorités.
Un véhicule est mis à votre disposition avec le matériel nécessaire à vos interventions quotidiennes.

Les principales missions duTechnicien(ne) de maintenance chauffage
- La maintenance et le dépannage de chaudières murales gaz
- Visite d’entretien préventif de chaudières individuelles gaz ou de chaudières fioul
- Maintenance curative des installations de chaudières individuelles gaz ou de chaudières fioul
- Gestion de votre propre stock de pièces détachées
- Optimisation du système de chauffage tout en vérifiant sa sécurité et son bon fonctionnement
